Skenfrith, Wales
Skenfrith, in south-eastern Wales, includes the ruins of a mid-13th-century castle, bottom centre, which is surrounded on all sides by an irregularly shaped stone wall. Like many other Welsh villages and small towns, Skenfrith relies on the pastoral land that lies outside the industrial southern portion of Wales. Green fields grazed by cattle and sheep dominate the mountainous countryside of Wales.
