Tropical Beach and Mountains

Located in the Coral Sea, east of Australia, New Caledonia has a tropical climate moderated by south-easterly winds. Copra and coffee are the principal crops of the islands, but their main wealth comes from the mining of nickel, cobalt, copper, lead, iron, and chrome.
