Ernst Krenek

Ernst Krenek
During his career Krenek's compositions showed a broad variety of 20th-century musical influences, including atonality, serialism, Neo-Romanticism, aleatory music, jazz, and electronic instrumentation. He moved to the United States in 1938 after his music was banned by the Nazi Party in Germany, and obtained US citizenship in 1945.
