Windows Live® Search Results Tarragon, common name for an aromatic, bitter, perennial herb, of the daisy family, native to Siberia and the regions surrounding the Caspian Sea. It reaches a height of up to 120 cm (48 in) and is cultivated as a culinary herb in western Europe. The small greenish flower heads are arranged in panicles.
