Definition:
 
boundary between types of wildlife: a hypothetical boundary separating the southwestern Pacific into two biogeographical regions with distinctive types of wildlife. The line runs between Bali and Lombok in the Indonesian island chain and north through the Makassar Strait, passing south of the Philippines.
