Definition:
 
1. onboard staff: the people who work on a ship, aircraft, or spacecraft

2. nautical ship's staff excluding officers: the members of a ship's staff who are not officers

3. specialized staff on craft: a smaller group within the overall staff of a ship, aircraft, or spacecraft who are assigned a particular task
