nautilus [ náwtiləss ] (plural nautiluses or nautili [ náwti lī ])


noun 
Definition:
 
1. sea mollusc with coiled shell: a mollusc with numerous tentacles, a horny beak, and a spiral shell with gas-filled chambers for buoyancy. Native to: South Pacific and Indian oceans.  Genus Nautilus.

2. marine biology 
Same as  paper nautilus
