Anglo Dutch Wars:
The Anglo-Dutch wars, fought between England and the Netherlands in 1652-1654, 1665-1667, and 1672-1674, were major maritime conflicts that resulted from commercial antagonisms and trading rivalry, particularly in the Baltic Sea, the East Indies, and the Arctic. France was also involved in the second and third war. The conflicts proved economically draining for all participants.
